Does the Catholic Church Include Protestants?

The word catholic means "universal" as always taught by the Roman Catholic Church and is meant to include all belivers in Jesus Christ. Do you pray as a whole church or only as a single person. Roman Catholics pray as in the "communion of saints" as one body (Jesus Christ)of belivers.

You obviously do not know your own history very well. Try reading the papal Bulls Unam Sanctam (Boniface VIII) and Cantate Domino (Pope Eugene IV), as well as the words of Pope Innocent III at the Fourth Lateran Council, and you will see that they excluded from salvation all who did not submit to the Roman Pontiff. It is only from Vatican II on to the present day that we see the Roman Catholic church calling Protestants "brothers." So historically the Roman Catholic church has not included all believers in Jesus Christ as part of the church. As for your question on whether we pray as a whole church; well, of course we do. It would be silly to suggest otherwise.
